What makes a helicopter charter "VIP"
The aircraft matters less than the handling. A VIP brief usually means a twin-engine helicopter where available, a cabin sized for the group and its luggage, a crew that does not ask questions in front of guests, and a plan that keeps the passenger off public terminals where the airport and operator allow it.
We ask about the things that tend to go wrong: soft luggage versus hard cases, a child seat or pet, a security detail who needs a seat, a car that must be at the landing site before touchdown. Each answer changes which aircraft and operator fit.
Privacy and confidentiality
Passenger names go only to the operator that will fly you, because operators must hold a passenger manifest. We can work under your NDA, use a booking reference instead of the principal's name in our correspondence, and keep the itinerary to the people who need it.
We never publish client names, photos or flight details, and we do not disclose which operator flew a mission.
Landing where the principal is going
Private villas, estates, hotels and yachts each need their own landing approval. The operator checks the site, owner permission and local rules; some sites need a survey, some are refused. When a private site is not possible, we suggest the nearest approved helipad and a car for the last stretch.
How pricing works
VIP helicopter hire is priced for the whole aircraft per mission, not per seat. The price depends on aircraft type, flight time, repositioning, waiting or overnight crew costs, landing fees and handling. Every quote is on request and confirmed by the operator.

How quickly can a VIP helicopter be confirmed?
We reply as quickly as possible, subject to operator availability. Short-notice flights are sometimes possible; SkyMatch confirms aircraft, crew and landing before anything is booked.
Are catering and ground transfers included?
It depends on the operator. Refreshments, a car at either end and handling at the airport can be requested in your brief and appear in the quote if the operator can provide them.
Can I keep the same aircraft and crew for a multi-day trip?
Often, yes. The operator can quote for the helicopter and crew to stay with you, including waiting and overnight costs, subject to availability.
Is a twin-engine helicopter always available?
No. Twin-engine aircraft are common at major hubs but not everywhere. Tell us if it is a requirement and we only put forward options that meet it.
Will the operator know who I am?
The operator flying you needs passenger names for the manifest. Nobody else does; we keep correspondence under a booking reference on request.
