Price range disclaimer

In short. A price range on SkyMatch is an indicative estimate for research only. It is not a quote, an offer or a booking. SkyMatch is an independent helicopter charter broker and concierge, not an aircraft operator. A licensed operator alone confirms availability, aircraft, crew, price, route, weight, landing permissions and weather, in writing, before you commit.

1. Where you may see a price range

Route pages on this site do not publish prices: they show "on request" and the factors that change the price. A range can only appear where you ask for one, such as a cost calculator or a price guide. These figures are worked out from general assumptions such as distance, aircraft class and season. They are not taken from a live operator quote for your trip.

2. What a price range is not

It is not a quote, an offer or a price SkyMatch or any operator is bound by.
It does not mean an aircraft, crew or landing site is available on your date.
It may not include every landing, handling, positioning or waiting cost.
It may be shown in a currency other than the one in your quote; any conversion is approximate.
The real price can be higher or lower than the range, sometimes by a wide margin.

3. What changes the real price

Helicopter charter is priced for the whole aircraft, not per seat, and for each mission. The main factors are:

Aircraft type (light single-engine or executive twin)
Positioning: where the aircraft has to fly from to reach you
Date, time and season of the flight
Landing, handling and parking fees at heliports and airports
Total passenger weight and baggage weight
Waiting time at the destination
One way or return
Permits, crew duty limits and weather on the day

4. Who sets and confirms the price

SkyMatch reviews your request and arranges the flight through licensed operators. SkyMatch does not own, operate or pilot aircraft. The licensed operator alone confirms availability, aircraft, crew, price, route, weight, landing permissions and weather for your date. Only the written quote and booking confirmation show the price and what it includes.

5. Flight times

Flight times shown with a route or a range are estimates. Routing, air traffic control, weather and the aircraft used can all change the real time.

6. Markets we do not serve

SkyMatch does not arrange flights in Cyprus, Croatia or Malta, and no price range on this site applies to those places.

7. How to get a real price

Send your route, date or flexibility, number of passengers, total weight and baggage. SkyMatch reviews it and comes back with a written quote confirmed by a licensed operator. Asking for a quote is free and carries no obligation. See also our Terms of Service.
