SkyMatch Group ("SkyMatch", "we", "us") operates a charter request and lead-matching platform connecting travellers with licensed third-party aviation operators worldwide.
2. Information we collect
- Quote requests: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, departure and destination, date, passenger count, service type, budget range, preferred language and free-text notes.
- Account data (operators and staff): contact details, company information, verification documents.
- Usage data: pages viewed, source/UTM parameters, language, approximate location (from IP), device and browser, cookies.
3. How we use information
- To match your request with relevant verified operators and return quotes.
- To respond to enquiries, send transactional notifications and concierge follow-up.
- To improve the platform, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
4. Sharing with operators
When you submit a quote request, the essential details required to price your trip are shared with selected operators. Personal contact details are only shared with the operator(s) you choose to engage. Operators are bound by their own privacy and aviation-regulatory obligations.
5. Subprocessors
We use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics and customer messaging. Each is bound by appropriate data protection agreements.
6. Retention
Quote requests are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may request deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
