Why concierge, not a marketplace
You stay hands-off. We source, negotiate and coordinate.

Submit your mission once. We canvass operators globally and present a single curated proposal — no inbox overload.
Verified network only
Operators are screened for AOC, insurance, safety history and service standards before they ever quote your mission.
Concierge promise
Quotes typically within the hour. We handle paperwork, slots and changes end-to-end.
FAQ
Helicopter RFQ & Tender Management — common questions
What does a SkyMatch RFQ include?+
A structured brief covering mission profile, aircraft category, dates and flexibility, safety and insurance requirements, operational constraints, and evaluation criteria — distributed to qualified operators only.
How are quotes compared?+
We normalise line items (block hour, positioning, fuel, handling, overnights, taxes), verify AOC and insurance, and present a ranked shortlist with commentary — not a raw inbox of PDFs.
Can you support formal tenders?+
Yes. NDAs, structured Q&A rounds, technical scoring, commercial scoring and a final recommendation memo suitable for procurement committees.
How many operators respond?+
We shortlist based on mission fit; typical RFQs return 3–6 qualified responses. We do not spray briefs across the market.
Is there a fee?+
No fee to run the RFQ. We are compensated by the selected operator on award; clients see the same quotes we do.
