SkyMatch Group is committed to making skymatchgroup.com usable by everyone, including people with visual, motor, cognitive or hearing disabilities. We aim to meet the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines.
Accessibility mode
Every page includes an accessibility panel where you can turn on high contrast, larger text, underlined links, reduced motion, a plain readable font and a large cursor. Your settings are stored on your device and applied automatically on every visit.
What we already do
- Semantic headings, landmarks and descriptive link text on every page.
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus outlines.
- Alternative text for meaningful images and labels on all form fields.
- Respect for the operating-system "reduce motion" preference.
- Responsive layouts that stay usable at 200% zoom on mobile and desktop.
Known limitations
Some embedded third-party content (maps and external booking or payment widgets) is outside our control and may not fully meet the same standard. If you hit a barrier there, contact us and we will provide the same service through a human channel.
Report an accessibility problem
If any part of this site prevents you from finding or arranging a flight, message us on WhatsApp and we will handle your request personally and fix the issue. We aim to respond within two business days.
