1. The service
SkyMatch Group provides a charter request and lead-matching platform. We are not an aircraft owner, operator, broker of record or air carrier. We do not own, operate, sell, charter, lease, control or manage helicopters or any other aircraft.
2. Operator relationships
All flights are operated by independent, licensed third-party operators ("Operators"). Each Operator is solely responsible for its aircraft, crew, insurance, AOC/permits, safety, scheduling and the performance of any flight. Availability is subject to weather, regulations, permits and Operator approval.
3. No guarantee of availability or pricing
Quotes and indicative pricing are provided by Operators and may change until a flight is confirmed in writing by the Operator. Nothing on the platform constitutes a binding offer.
4. Eligibility & accurate information
You must be 18+ and provide accurate, lawful information. You are responsible for travel documents, customs, immigration and any landing-fee or VAT obligations applicable to your flight.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to access non-public areas, scrape data, submit fraudulent requests or interfere with operation. We may suspend or terminate access at any time.
6. Operator listings
Operator listings are based on information supplied by Operators and verification we perform from time to time. Featured/priority placement may reflect commercial relationships but does not change our verification standards.
7. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyMatch disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, injury or loss caused by any Operator or third party.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SkyMatch's aggregate liability arising from or related to the platform shall not exceed the fees (if any) paid by you to SkyMatch in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkyMatch, its affiliates and personnel from claims arising out of your use of the platform or breach of these Terms.
10. Intellectual property
The platform, its content and trademarks are owned by SkyMatch or its licensors and protected by applicable law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operating jurisdiction of SkyMatch. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence are not affected.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
