Industrial mission sourcing

One mission brief. Multiple operator possibilities.

Instead of searching operator by operator, describe the mission once. SkyMatch structures it into a standardised mission brief and searches our network for potentially suitable licensed helicopter operators — external load, construction, mining, survey, powerline, seismic, pipeline and offshore project support.

SkyMatch sources. Licensed operators fly. Mission acceptance, aircraft availability, certifications and operational feasibility are subject to confirmation by the selected licensed operator, and every mission is subject to suitable operator availability and feasibility.

Contact

Submitting a brief starts a sourcing search. It is not a booking and does not confirm that a suitable operator or aircraft is available.

Why use a sourcing layer for industrial missions?

Multi-operator sourcing

One brief reaches several potentially suitable licensed operators instead of one fleet at a time.

Cross-border reach

Projects rarely sit inside one operator's home country. We search across borders and coordinate in several languages.

Capability matching

Missions are matched against recorded capability data — external load, sensors, hoist, remote operations — before anyone is approached.

Less procurement effort

One structured RFQ and a centralised quotation process, rather than a separate enquiry thread per operator.

Questions procurement teams ask

Does SkyMatch operate the helicopters?

No. SkyMatch is an independent helicopter broker and operator-sourcing network. We structure your mission requirement and search for potentially suitable licensed operators. Mission acceptance, aircraft availability, certifications and operational feasibility are confirmed by the selected licensed operator.

Can SkyMatch guarantee an operator for my mission?

No. We can guarantee a structured search across our operator network, not an outcome. Every industrial mission is subject to suitable operator availability and mission feasibility.

What lifting capability is available?

Payload capability depends entirely on the aircraft, configuration, altitude, temperature and the operator's approvals. We never quote a lift capability before an operator confirms it against your load and site.

What happens after I send the mission brief?

Your requirement is converted into a standardised SkyMatch Mission Brief with a mission ID. That single brief goes to operators whose recorded capabilities potentially match the mission, so you get comparable responses without running a separate enquiry with each company.

Can I send tender or specification documents?

Yes. Add a link to your tender portal or document share in the brief, or send the files to the concierge once your mission ID is issued.
