What affects the helicopter charter price?

Short answer

The price depends on distance, the aircraft, how far it must fly to reach you, waiting time, landing fees and the date. Each operator sets its own price, so every quote is on request — we publish no fixed fares.

The factors operators price

  • Flight distance and time in the air (an estimate until the operator plans the route).
  • Aircraft size: single-engine, twin-engine or larger cabin.
  • Positioning: the aircraft may have to fly from its base to your pick-up and back.
  • Waiting time if the helicopter stays with you for a return trip.
  • Landing and handling fees at airports, FBOs or private sites.
  • Date and time: peak days, early mornings, late evenings and short notice.

Why we do not publish prices

The same route can be priced very differently by two operators, or by one operator on two dates. A figure on a page would be wrong more often than right, so we ask for your details and come back with the operator's actual price.

How to get a precise quote faster

  • Give exact landing points, not just city names.
  • Say whether it is one-way or return, and how long you will stay.
  • Give flexible times if you have them — it can widen the options.
