As quickly as possible, subject to operator availability, weather and permissions. Nothing is guaranteed until the operator confirms. A complete request with exact landing points is the biggest thing that speeds it up.
What decides the timing

Short-notice requests
Short-notice flights are sometimes possible, but we cannot promise them. Send the request as early as you can and tell us your deadline, so we know how quickly an answer is needed.
