How does a private VIP helicopter transfer work?

Short answer

You send the route, date, passengers and landing points. SkyMatch, a broker, checks the request with licensed operators and brings you an option. Nothing is booked until you accept the operator's confirmed proposal.

The steps from request to flight

You send the trip: from, to, date, preferred time, passengers, bags and exact landing points.
We check which licensed operators can fly it and whether the landing sites can be used.
The operator proposes an aircraft, timing and price; we pass it to you.
You accept in writing. Only then does the operator confirm the flight.
On the day, the operator handles the flight; we stay in contact for changes.

What SkyMatch does and does not do

SkyMatch is a broker and concierge. We never own or fly aircraft. The operator holds the licence, flies the aircraft and is responsible for safety and for the final go or no-go, including weather.

What can change the plan
