Common questions
- Is SkyMatch a helicopter operator?
- No. SkyMatch is an independent helicopter charter broker and concierge. Flights are performed by independent, licensed operators. Every request is reviewed by a person before operators are contacted.
- Are the prices on these pages quotations?
- No. Every figure published on SkyMatch is an indicative planning estimate for the aircraft. A firm price comes from an operator quote against your specific date, route, passenger and baggage load.
- Can I land anywhere?
- No. Landing points depend on the site, local rules and the operator's own approvals. The landing-permission guide explains how that is checked, and the operator confirms it before a flight is committed.
- How do I get a real quote?
- Send the route, date, passenger count and luggage through the request form. A person reviews it, then we ask suitable operators for availability and price.
