Finland helicopter charter — Helsinki, Åland and Lapland transfers
Helsinki, Turku, Porvoo, Åland, Rovaniemi and Levi — archipelago crossings and Lapland lodge transfers that replace ferry and snow-road days.
A helicopter from Helsinki to Porvoo takes about 15 minutes and starts from €2,200 for the whole aircraft; Helsinki to Turku is roughly 40 minutes from €5,200, Helsinki to Mariehamn on Åland about 60 minutes from €7,600 and Rovaniemi to Levi about 25 minutes from €3,400. Prices are per aircraft (4–6 seats), not per seat. Archipelago and Lapland legs are where the flight saves the most: a ferry day or a snow-road drive becomes minutes.
Finland's demand splits in two: the southern archipelago and the Lapland season. Both punish ground travel — the Åland crossing is a ferry day and the Lapland lodges sit at the end of long winter roads. SkyMatch sources H125, H130 and H145 lift from independent Finnish and Nordic AOC operators at Helsinki-Vantaa, Turku, Rovaniemi and Kittilä for archipelago villas, Levi event weeks and Arctic lodge transfers.

Finland helicopter charter — questions answered
How much is a helicopter from Helsinki to Mariehamn?+
From about €7,600 one-way for the whole aircraft, roughly an hour in the air against a ferry crossing of five to six hours plus port transfers at both ends.
Can you fly to a Lapland lodge directly?+
Usually yes. Most Lapland lodges have a cleared landing area or an approved site nearby; where they do not, we land at Kittilä or Rovaniemi and arrange the short ground leg.
Do you fly in Finnish winter darkness?+
Flights are planned inside the daylight and weather window, which is short in December and January. Night operations are only flown by suitably equipped operators and crews.
Can a helicopter land on an archipelago island?+
Yes, on an approved site with the landowner's permission. Over-water sectors to the outer archipelago and Åland are flown on twin-engine aircraft.
