- Why not just count seats?
- A helicopter can run out of payload before it runs out of seats. Passenger weight, luggage and fuel for the distance all share the same allowance.
- Are the example aircraft guaranteed?
- No. The examples are typical of each class. The operator proposes the actual aircraft.
- How many passengers fit in each helicopter class?
- As a planning guide: a light single seats 4 (sometimes 5), a light twin about 6, a medium twin about 8 and a heavy or VIP twin up to 12. Weight and luggage often limit the load before the seats do.
- Is this a quote or a confirmed flight?
