Helicopter transfer to a private villa in Saint-Tropez
The Nice–Saint-Tropez leg is the single most-flown villa transfer on the Riviera because the road alternative collapses in season. Estates in Ramatuelle and Gassin generally use La Môle or Grimaud plus a short car leg.
Can you reach a villa here by helicopter?
Yes — in practice via Saint-Tropez La Môle (LTT) or Grimaud heliport, about 20 minutes from Nice Côte d'Azur (NCE). The road or ferry alternative is 1h45–3h by road from nice in july and august.
Direct landing at a private property is only possible subject to landing permissions, suitable landing infrastructure, local regulation and operator approval. Where it is not available, we fly to the nearest approved helipad or airport and coordinate the final leg by car or tender.
Practical notes for estate arrivals
- French rules on off-aerodrome landings are strict; Grimaud and La Môle cover almost all villa arrivals.
- Evening slot availability tightens sharply during regatta weeks.
- Combine the arrival with a Monaco or Cannes leg to reduce empty positioning.
- Season: May–September, with extreme pressure around the Voiles de Saint-Tropez.
- Luggage and passenger count drive the aircraft choice more often than distance — send both with the enquiry.
How pricing works
SkyMatch is a helicopter sourcing and concierge platform, not an aircraft operator. Flights are performed by licensed operators subject to aircraft availability, operator approval, weather, permits, landing-site permissions and local aviation regulation. Each mission is quoted live rather than sold from a fixed price list.
