For travel professionals
Helicopter desk for travel advisors
Structure a client helicopter journey, send one clean flight request and follow it in the client portal. SkyMatch Group is an independent global helicopter charter concierge and sourcing platform that helps clients compare and coordinate helicopter charter options through licensed third-party operators worldwide.
How an advisor request runs
1. Structure the journey with your client
Origin, destination, date, preferred time, passenger count and luggage. These six inputs decide which aircraft categories are workable — collecting them first avoids irrelevant options.
2. Send one advisor flight request
Submit the request below or from the trip planner. A human coordinator reviews feasibility, landing points and timing before anything reaches an operator.
3. Operators are approached on your route
SkyMatch approaches licensed third-party operators positioned to serve the route and returns comparable options. Availability, pricing and landing permission are confirmed by the operator.
4. Track and hand over in the portal
Requests, options and trip status stay in one place, so you can update your client without chasing email threads.

Advisor questions, answered
Can travel advisors and concierges use SkyMatch for clients?
Yes. Advisors, concierges, DMCs and family offices use SkyMatch to structure client helicopter requests and receive comparable operator options. No aviation licence is required to refer a client.
Does SkyMatch operate the helicopters?
No. SkyMatch holds no Air Operator Certificate. Every flight is performed by a licensed independent third-party operator under its own certificate, insurance and operational control.
What information does an operator need before quoting?
Origin and destination, date, preferred departure time, passenger count with realistic weights, luggage volume and any landing constraints at either end. Missing inputs are the main cause of slow or non-comparable quotes.
Is pricing or availability guaranteed?
No. Indicative ranges help you set client expectations, but availability, final pricing, landing permission and the decision to fly rest with the operator on the day.
How do advisors get paid?
Partners can pass the client to SkyMatch with a referral code and receive a commission on confirmed flights, or invoice the client directly on a back-to-back basis.
