Why concierge, not a marketplace

You stay hands-off. We find, negotiate and coordinate.

One brief, one all-in price — booked from your time zone

Spain is six to nine hours ahead of North America. Send the mission once from New York, Miami or Toronto and wake up to a single fixed quote instead of chasing Spanish operators who answer after your day has ended.

AESA-certified operators only

Every aircraft is flown by an operator holding a current AESA/EASA air operator certificate with valid insurance and documented maintenance — not a sightseeing outfit reselling somebody else's helicopter for an island transfer.

Balearic and Costa del Sol slots secured early

Ibiza, Formentera, Mallorca, Menorca and Marbella work off a small number of authorised helipads with tight July–August slots. We reserve landing permission and handling before you commit, not after.

English-speaking coordination, door to door

Crews brief in English and your SkyMatch coordinator handles the villa, hotel, yacht or airport side — cars at both ends, luggage limits and timings for private and commercial arrivals.

FAQ

Helicopter charter in Spaincommon questions

Yes. There is no residency or licence requirement for passengers — you charter the aircraft with its crew from an AESA-certified operator. We need passenger names, weights for the load sheet and the pickup and drop-off points. Non-EU visitors need nothing beyond the passport used to enter the Schengen area.

Indicative all-in guide prices: from about €1,900 for Ibiza–Formentera, €3,600 Ibiza–Mallorca, €3,300 Mallorca–Menorca, €2,300 Málaga–Marbella or Sotogrande, around €4,200 Barcelona–Costa Brava and roughly €8,900 Madrid–Marbella with a planned fuel stop. Quotes include aircraft, crew, fuel, landing and handling fees and taxes where applicable.

The helicopter is about 10 minutes; the ferry is 30–60 minutes plus port transfer, queueing and luggage — realistically half a day in August with a late airport arrival. For two to five passengers connecting from a long-haul flight, the helicopter usually saves the arrival day.

Sometimes, never by default. Spain restricts landings over protected coastline and urban areas; Ibiza, Formentera, Mallorca and Marbella use designated helipads. Some estates, resorts and superyachts hold approved sites. We verify the site, airspace and authorisation before issuing the quote and arrange a car for the last stretch when a direct landing is not permitted.

Seven to ten days in July and August and around major events (Formula 1 in Barcelona and Madrid, MWC Barcelona, Marbella and Ibiza opening/closing weekends, Palma regattas). Outside peak season, next-day departures are frequently available. Helipad slots, not aircraft, are usually the constraint.

Every mission carries a defined decision time. Summer haze, strong Tramontana winds in Catalonia and Balearic thunderstorms are the usual causes. If the operator cancels for weather, the flight is not charged and we rebook or arrange ground transport straight away.

A light single carries three to four passengers with soft bags; a light twin four to six; a VIP medium twin six to eight with real suitcase capacity. Island helipads impose weight limits, so we plan the load sheet up front — including golf bags and oversized cases.

Yes. Inter-island flights across Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, plus Seville, Jerez, Sotogrande, Granada and Costa de la Luz on the mainland.
