Emergency restoration should also state the outage impact and the window you are working to.
How is helicopter tower work usually contracted?
Either as a single project scope or as a call-off under a framework agreement covering a portfolio of sites. Either way, ask for per-hour and per-lift-cycle pricing with positioning, standby and cancellation stated separately.
What approvals matter for tower lifts specifically?
The operator's external-load privilege, any approval required for work near or over occupied areas and infrastructure, site-owner permission, and the landing or overflight permissions the local authority requires.
