Island, Resort, Yacht and Remote-Lodge Transfer Planner

Planning an island hop, a resort arrival, a yacht pick-up or a remote-lodge leg in the Bahamas, the British Virgin Islands, Turks and Caicos, Barbados, Saint Lucia, Antigua and Barbuda or Belize? This planner identifies the type of mission, gives the route guidance we can stand behind, and states plainly what has to be confirmed: landing point, yacht position, weather, daylight, baggage, airport coordination and permits. It shows no price, no flight time and no availability for these corridors — the geography is verified, the operator side is not, so each mission goes to a specialist sourcing review with David and the SkyMatch team.

Planning tool

Island, resort, yacht and remote-lodge transfer planner

Pick the corridor and the kind of transfer you need. The planner identifies what type of mission it is, shows the route guidance we can stand behind, and flags the things that decide whether it works — landing point, yacht position, weather, daylight, baggage, airport coordination and permits. It shows no flight time, no price and no availability for these corridors, because we do not have verified operator data for them.

Planning data and limitations

Route geography checked
Airports, airstrips, marinas and island geography are checked against public aviation and airport sources before a corridor appears in this planner.
Basis of the logic
Qualitative planning logic plus our own corridor register. No operator fleets, ferry or boat schedules, landing permissions or market prices are assumed for these countries.
Requires operator confirmation
Aircraft positioning into the region, landing approval at each end, final payload and passenger fit, weather, daylight and route permissions.

SkyMatch is a broker, not the operator. Options depend on licensed-operator availability, aircraft positioning, weather, route permissions and landing approval.

Answers

Can SkyMatch arrange an island or yacht helicopter transfer in these countries?

We can take the mission forward as a specialist sourcing review. The geography of each corridor here is verified, but we hold no confirmed resident operator relationship, so we publish no flight time, price or availability. David and the SkyMatch team check which licensed operators can position suitable aircraft before anything is proposed.

Why does the planner not show a flight time or a price?

Because we have no verified operator or route data for these corridors, and an invented number is worse than none. Where a corridor is genuinely verified, our other planning tools do show ranges, always labelled as planning estimates rather than quotations.

Can a helicopter land at our resort, private island or yacht?

Only where the landing point is genuinely usable and the person who controls it grants permission. Resort, villa and private-island helipads are owner-controlled, and a yacht-deck landing needs a certified helideck. Otherwise the mission routes to the nearest permitted shore point.

What should I confirm before planning around a transfer like this?

Whether a licensed operator can position an aircraft for your dates, who controls permission at each landing point, the daylight and weather window, the baggage the aircraft can actually carry, and any cross-territory permit lead time.

How early should I ask?

As early as the trip is fixed. In these regions the permission timeline and aircraft positioning — not the flying itself — usually decide whether a mission is realistic, and both need time.

Is SkyMatch the operator?

No. SkyMatch Group is an independent human-reviewed helicopter charter brokerage and RFQ platform. We do not own or operate aircraft and never connect buyers directly with operators; every serious mission is reviewed by David before licensed operators are approached.
