Helicopter Transfer Feasibility Planner
Is your mission worth sourcing by helicopter? Enter the route, timing, passengers and luggage and the planner answers directly: practical to source, needs a specialist sourcing review, or something we will not assess from published data. SkyMatch is an independent human-reviewed helicopter charter brokerage and RFQ platform — we do not publish availability, and every serious mission is reviewed by David before licensed operators are approached.
Planning tool
Helicopter transfer feasibility planner
Tell us the mission and we will say plainly whether it is worth sourcing by helicopter, what still has to be confirmed, and what we will not claim. This tool gives planning guidance only — never availability, a booking or a quotation.
Planning data and limitations
- Route geography checked
- Airports, heliports and landing areas are checked against public aviation and airport sources before a corridor is treated as verified.
- Basis of the logic
- Qualitative planning logic plus our own corridor register. No live traffic, ferry schedules, operator fleets or market prices are assumed.
- Requires operator confirmation
- Aircraft availability and positioning, final payload and passenger fit, weather, daylight, route permissions and landing approval.
SkyMatch is a broker, not the operator. Options depend on licensed-operator availability, aircraft positioning, weather, route permissions and landing approval.
Answers
Is helicopter transfer practical for my route?
It depends on the corridor, the landing points and your timing. For corridors we have already verified, the planner explains the practical fit and what still needs operator confirmation. For everything else it says plainly that a specialist sourcing review is needed instead of showing a flight time or price we cannot stand behind.
Does the planner show prices or flight times?
Only on verified corridors with adequate verified data, and only as a planning estimate — never a quotation and never an availability confirmation. Where we do not have verified route data, we show no currency and no time at all.
What must be confirmed before booking?
A suitable licensed operator with an aircraft that can be positioned, weather and daylight, route permissions, landing approval at both ends, and the operator's final payload and passenger-fit review.
Is SkyMatch the operator?
No. SkyMatch is an independent human-reviewed helicopter charter brokerage and RFQ platform. We do not own aircraft and never connect buyers directly with operators — David and the SkyMatch team review every serious mission before suitable licensed operators are approached.
