Industrial helipad and heliport packages

Helipad and heliport RFQ for industrial and event sites

Send one request for a helipad or heliport package: design, supply, installation, commissioning and support. It covers EPC, construction, offshore energy, mining and major-event sites in the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Your team defines the requirement, and only contractors your organisation approves take part.

SkyMatch is an independent broker and concierge. We do not design, build, certify or operate helipads. The contractor you appoint is responsible for the design and works. Approvals come from the relevant authorities. Nothing here confirms a price, lead time, specification, permit or that a supplier is available for your site.

Choose a package

Each package is a starting point for your request, not a fixed product. Pick the closest one, then define your own requirement in the form.

EPC project helipad

For EPC contractors and project owners who need a helipad or heliport within a plant, refinery, utility or infrastructure build.

What to define

  • Whether the pad is permanent or for the project phase only
  • Where it sits in the plot plan and the site's access constraints
  • The helicopter type or size the pad must accept, if known
  • Which parts of the package your EPC scope already covers

Industrial construction site pad

For construction and industrial sites that need a ground-level or elevated pad for crew, inspection or emergency movements during the works.

What to define

  • Ground-level, elevated or rooftop location
  • How long the pad is needed and whether it will be moved
  • Site safety rules your contractor must follow
  • Who on your side approves the contractor

Offshore energy helideck or pad

For offshore oil, gas and energy projects that need a new, replaced or upgraded helideck, or a shore-base pad.

What to define

  • Platform, vessel or shore-base location
  • New build, replacement or upgrade
  • Your company's offshore standards the work must meet
  • Shutdown or campaign windows the works must fit

Mining site helipad

For mine operators and contractors who need a pad at a mine, camp or exploration site where road access is slow.

What to define

  • Mine, camp or exploration site, and how remote it is
  • Dust, terrain and surface conditions you already know about
  • Permanent pad or one that moves with the work
  • Site induction and safety requirements

Major event temporary pad

For organisers and venue teams who need a temporary pad for the build, event days and removal of a major event.

What to define

  • Event dates, build period and removal deadline
  • The space available and what surrounds it
  • Whether the venue or organiser has already been asked about landing
  • Who signs off the contractor for the event

What a package can include

Tick only the parts you need. The system, materials and standards are yours to define; you can also ask for alternatives to compare.

Design
Layout, structure and markings for the pad or heliport, prepared by a design contractor your organisation appoints and submitted for the approvals your project needs.
Supply
The deck, surface, lighting, fuel, safety and other equipment your specification calls for. You state the system or material, or ask for alternatives to compare.
Installation
Site works and installation by the contractor you approve, scheduled around your project programme.
Commissioning
Testing, inspection and handover against your specification. Approval to use the pad comes from the relevant authority, not from SkyMatch.
Support
Maintenance, inspection or after-handover support for the period you define.
Client-approved contractors
Only suppliers and contractors your organisation approves take part. Your team chooses who is appointed; SkyMatch never appoints anyone for you.

  2. Where we can, we share the requirement with suppliers and contractors suited to the scope. Your contact details are not shared automatically.
  3. You receive the responses to compare. Your organisation approves and appoints any contractor.
  4. The appointed contractor confirms specification, price, programme and the approvals needed.

Questions procurement teams ask

Does SkyMatch design or build helipads?

No. SkyMatch is an independent broker and concierge. We structure your request and seek responses from suppliers and contractors your organisation approves. The contractor you appoint carries out the design and the works, and is responsible for them.

Which helipad system or manufacturer do you use?

None by default. You state the system, material or standard your project needs, or tick that you are open to alternatives. We do not recommend or promise a particular system or manufacturer.

Can you confirm price, lead time or permits before I send the request?

No. Price, lead time, specification and any approval depend on your site and the contractor you choose. Approvals come from the relevant authorities. Nothing on this page confirms that a pad can be built or used at your site.

Which countries does this request cover?

This form covers sites in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. We can't confirm in advance that a suitable supplier will respond for every site.
