Corporate Helicopter RFQ

Pick the trip category and send the itinerary. The brief goes to licensed operators able to fly it and comes back as comparable written options — aircraft type, timings, inclusions and a total you can forward to a principal, an approver or procurement.

1. What kind of trip is it?

The category decides which operators see the brief — and which two or three extra questions are worth asking now.

2. The itinerary

This takes you into the request form with everything above already filled in — you can still edit any field before sending.

What SkyMatch needs to check an executive flight

This is the short list an assistant can gather in two minutes. Having it ready is the difference between an answer today and a round of clarifying emails.

  • Company and the person we should report back to
  • Business email and a phone or WhatsApp number for the travel day
  • Passenger count, and any weight or mobility considerations
  • Departure point, destination and every intermediate stop in order
  • Date, preferred departure time and the appointment time that cannot move
  • Whether the day is a same-day return
  • Baggage — cabin bags, sample cases, survey or camera equipment
  • Trip category, so the brief reaches operators equipped for it
  • Private jet or FBO details where the helicopter connects to one
  • Confidentiality requirements, including whether an NDA is needed first

Corporate flight desk — repeat requests

Companies that fly more than occasionally do not want to restart from a blank brief each time. Tick "this is likely to repeat" above and the same coordinator keeps your recurring routes, passenger details, landing preferences and billing arrangements on file, so a later request is a date and a passenger count rather than a new intake. This is a working arrangement, not a contracted service level: aircraft, price and the go / no-go decision still come from the operating company each time.

SkyMatch Group is a helicopter charter broker and matching platform. We do not operate aircraft and we do not display current operator availability: a licensed operating company holds the AOC, confirms the aircraft and the price, and makes the go / no-go decision. Every flight remains subject to operator availability, landing permissions, weather, airspace and local regulation. Confidentiality requirements — including an NDA before the brief is issued — can be applied on request.
