How access actually works
Flights arrive at Cape Town (CPT), Stellenbosch or an approved estate site, roughly 15 minutes from Cape Town International. Estates are then reached by a short car leg unless the property holds an approved landing site of its own.
Direct landing at a private property is only possible subject to landing permissions, suitable landing infrastructure, local regulation and operator approval. Where it is not available, we fly to the nearest approved helipad or airport and coordinate the final leg by car or tender.

Yes, that is the usual reason to fly. Three short sectors with the aircraft waiting on the ground is a common shape; more than that starts to run into crew duty limits.
