SkyMatch Group is an independent helicopter charter sourcing and coordination platform. We are not an air carrier, operator, broker of record or insurer. Every flight is planned, approved and flown by an independent licensed third-party operator, and the operator remains fully responsible for regulatory compliance, aircraft airworthiness and flight safety.

We take your mission brief, identify licensed operators whose fleet, base and mission profile plausibly fit the request, and coordinate the exchange of quotes and availability. The final aircraft, crew, routing and operational approvals are confirmed by the operator you choose to proceed with.
AOC and regulatory standing
Operators are asked to hold and evidence a current Air Operator Certificate with the relevant civil aviation authority (EASA, FAA, GCAA, CAA Israel, ANAC, etc.). SkyMatch does not issue, verify or audit AOCs — the certificate and the ongoing relationship with the regulator are the operator's responsibility.
Insurance
Operators are asked to maintain hull and passenger liability insurance appropriate to the aircraft and mission. Insurance certificates are issued, held and renewed by the operator with their insurer. Clients requiring evidence of cover for a specific mission can request it from the selected operator before contracting.
Pilots and aircraft
Pilot licensing, hours-on-type, recurrent training, aircraft maintenance and continuing airworthiness (Part-CAMO or equivalent) are managed by the operator under the framework of their AOC. Clients with mission-specific requirements — for example minimum PIC hours, twin-engine only, night operations or offshore ratings — can specify these in the brief and the selected operator confirms compliance before contracting.
Client transparency
SkyMatch helps identify suitable operators. Availability, operational approvals and the charter itself are confirmed by the operator. If any statement anywhere on this site reads as if SkyMatch performs the operator's regulatory obligations, please treat it as an error and contact us — we will correct it.
