Landing inside a private reserve requires that reserve's permission and an approved landing point — it is granted per mission, not held on standing account.
Some reserves restrict helicopter movements to specific hours to protect game viewing. We check that against your arrival window before quoting rather than after.

Can I fly directly into the Kruger National Park?
Movements inside the national park are tightly controlled. Most private helicopter transfers work between Skukuza, MQP, Hoedspruit and approved landing points in the adjoining private reserves.
How early should a Kruger transfer be requested?
Peak season (June to October and the December holidays) tightens both aircraft and landing approvals, so two to four weeks ahead is comfortable. Short notice is often still possible with a repositioning fee.
Is a helicopter faster than the scheduled hop to Skukuza?
Not always. If your schedule matches, the fixed-wing hop plus a ten-minute helicopter leg is usually the efficient combination. The helicopter earns its place when the schedule does not fit your day.
