Hachijojima is far enough south that the scheduled flight from Haneda is normally the sensible route, and Aogashima's access is famously constrained. We will not build a charter itinerary that pretends otherwise — where a rotorcraft leg fits, it is usually arranged locally at the island end.

Only where there is a suitable approved site, the landowner agrees and the operator accepts the terrain. On small volcanic islands with limited flat ground, the realistic answer is usually the established landing point plus a short road leg.
