Industrial mission brief
One mission brief. A licensed operator confirms the flight.
Describe the mission once. SkyMatch structures it into a standardised mission brief, reviews every detail and requests quotes from licensed operators — external load, construction, mining, survey, powerline, seismic, pipeline and offshore project support. The operator confirms the aircraft, availability and price before anything is booked.
SkyMatch reviews each request, and a licensed operator confirms the flight before anything is booked. Mission acceptance, aircraft availability, certifications and operational feasibility are subject to confirmation for each request, and every mission depends on suitable aircraft availability and feasibility.

Why send SkyMatch one mission brief?
One brief, several options
A single brief is reviewed against a wide range of helicopter services instead of one fleet at a time.
Cross-border reach
Projects rarely sit inside one country's borders. We work across borders and coordinate in several languages.
Capability matching
Missions are matched against recorded capability data — external load, sensors, hoist, remote operations — before anything is arranged.
Less procurement effort
One structured RFQ and a centralised response process, rather than a separate enquiry thread with each party.
Questions procurement teams ask
Does SkyMatch operate the helicopters?
No. SkyMatch does not own or operate aircraft. We structure your mission requirement and request quotes from licensed operators. A licensed operator confirms mission acceptance, aircraft availability, certifications and operational feasibility for each request, before anything is booked.
Can SkyMatch guarantee a helicopter for my mission?
No. We commit to a structured review of your brief, not to an outcome. Every industrial mission is subject to suitable aircraft availability and mission feasibility.
What lifting capability is available?
Payload capability depends entirely on the aircraft, configuration, altitude, temperature and the approvals held for the flight. We never quote a lift capability before a licensed operator confirms it against your load and site.
What happens after I send the mission brief?
Your requirement is converted into a standardised SkyMatch Mission Brief with a mission ID. That single brief is reviewed by the SkyMatch team, which requests quotes from licensed operators and sends you comparable options in one written reply; the operator confirms the aircraft, availability and price before anything is booked.
Can I send tender or specification documents?
Yes. Add a link to your tender portal or document share in the brief, or send the files to the concierge once your mission ID is issued.
Sourcing the equipment itself — machinery, automation or a complete production line — rather than the helicopter lift? That is handled by Global B2B Group, a separately operated industrial procurement platform. SkyMatch Group arranges helicopter missions only and never forwards your brief to another platform.
