Fastest way from Athens to Mykonos, Santorini and the Cyclades
Short answer
The high-speed ferry from Piraeus to Mykonos takes three to five hours plus port transfer and boarding; Santorini is five to eight. A private helicopter flies Athens to Mykonos in roughly 45 minutes and to Santorini in about 60 minutes, subject to operator availability and daylight.
