Book a Canary Islands helicopter sector

One form for every inter-island sector and island transfer: Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, La Palma, La Gomera and El Hierro. It reaches a human review desk first — never an operator inbox directly.

What SkyMatch does and does not confirm

SkyMatch Group is an independent helicopter charter broker and human review desk. We do not own or operate aircraft. Availability, permits, landing approval, weather feasibility and the final price are confirmed by the licensed operator, the site owner and the aviation authority — not by SkyMatch.

Send your mission details

Everything on one request. You will get a human reply with what is realistic before any operator is approached.

What to have ready

  • Exact pick-up and drop-off points, not just island names — airport, heliport, hotel, villa or yacht berth.
  • Date and the time window you need to be on the ground at the far end.
  • Passenger count with approximate weights, plus baggage pieces and any oversized items.
  • Whether the landing point is a licensed heliport, an airport, private land, a vessel deck or a temporary site.
  • One-way or return, and whether the aircraft should wait on site.

Booking questions

Does sending this form book a helicopter?

No. It sends a mission request. A person at SkyMatch reviews it, then approaches licensed Spanish operators. A flight only exists once an operator issues a firm quote and you accept it.

Will an operator contact me directly after I submit?

No. Requests come to SkyMatch first. Your contact details are not released to any operator before we have reviewed the mission and approved the introduction.

How far in advance should a Canary Islands sector be requested?

As early as you can. Inter-island fleets are small, and peak-season weekends, regatta weeks and holiday periods fill first. Late requests are still worth sending — availability is confirmed by the operator, not by us.

Can the helicopter land at my hotel, villa or yacht?

Only where the site owner has approved it and the operator accepts the site as safe and lawful. Otherwise the sector runs to the nearest approved heliport or airport with a short ground transfer.

What does the price depend on?

Aircraft category, positioning to and from the base, airborne time, any waiting time, landing and handling fees, and season. Published ranges elsewhere on this site are indicative planning figures only.

What happens if the weather closes in?

The operator makes the go or no-go call. Trade winds, cloud on the island ridges and sea state can delay or cancel a sector, so keep a ferry or scheduled-flight fallback in mind for time-critical arrivals.
