Day charter planner
Plan a helicopter day: two to four stops, one aircraft
Short answer: put your base, your stops and how long you need on the ground at each, plus the time you want to be back. The planner builds the itinerary and hands the whole day to the quote flow, where independent licensed operators price it per mission for the whole aircraft.

Day charter questions
What does hiring a helicopter for a day mean?
The aircraft and crew are held for your working day rather than released after one leg. You fly between two and four stops, the crew waits on the ground during each meeting, and the day is quoted as one mission for the whole aircraft.
How many stops fit in one day?
Two to four is the realistic working range for a single crew day. Beyond that, crew duty limits, refuelling and landing-permission windows usually force either a second crew or an overnight.
Is ground waiting time charged?
Normally yes, at a reduced ground-waiting rate rather than the flight-hour rate. Short turnarounds are often absorbed into the mission price; a long hold is quoted as a separate line.
What happens if a meeting overruns?
Because the aircraft is held rather than released, a short overrun is usually absorbed. The crew tracks duty time and daylight, and the coordinator confirms the latest workable departure for the final leg before the day starts.
