Your RFQ, broken out

Aircraft, fuel stops, flight time and price — option by option.

This page turns the route, date and passenger count you submitted into individual options: for each matching corridor it shows the aircraft class, any planned fuel stop, an estimated block time and an indicative whole-aircraft price range. Every figure is planning-level only. SkyMatch Group is an independent helicopter charter broker and does not operate aircraft — final aircraft, availability, permits, landing permissions, weather suitability and price are confirmed by the licensed third-party operator after the request is reviewed by a human.

No matching corridor in the dataset yet

That does not mean the mission is not flyable. Corridors outside the curated dataset are priced individually once the desk checks distance, landing points, aircraft category and operator coverage. Send the mission and it is reviewed manually.

What these numbers are, and are not

  • Flight times are still-air planning estimates with a short departure and arrival allowance; wind, routing, airspace and slot timing change them.
  • Fuel stops are derived from typical sector range, not from a specific operator's fleet, tank configuration or payload on the day.
  • Prices are indicative whole-aircraft ranges, one way, in EUR. Positioning, landing and handling fees, waiting time, peak demand and taxes move the final figure.
  • Passenger and luggage limits are decided by the operator against the actual aircraft, weather and performance on the day.

SkyMatch Group helps clients request and compare helicopter charter options through a human-reviewed RFQ process. We are an independent broker, not an operator. Every request is reviewed by the SkyMatch team before suitable operators are approached.
