Tee times do not wait for traffic. Golf bags are bulky rather than heavy, so cabin volume — not weight — usually decides the aircraft.

We are not going to open a quote for a mission that does not fly as entered. Send it to a specialist and we will come back with a workable plan — or tell you honestly that a helicopter is the wrong tool here.
How the estimate works
- Distance: the straight-line (great-circle) distance between the two points you enter, shown in kilometres and nautical miles.
- Flight time: that distance plus a 5–20% routing allowance, flown at a typical planning cruise speed for the helicopter class, with a few minutes added for start-up, taxi and approach. The result is a range, not a schedule.
- Cabin class: chosen from the number of players. Golf bags take up luggage space, so a group with full bags may need a larger helicopter than the seat count alone suggests.
- No price: the tool does not show a price. The licensed operator prices each mission and confirms it in writing.
Before you send the request
- Tell us the number of players and golf bags, and any other luggage.
- Give the tee time, so the arrival can be planned with a margin for weather.
- Ask the resort whether it accepts helicopter arrivals; if not, the nearest approved landing site and a short car transfer are used.
- Wind, cloud and visibility can delay or cancel a flight; agree a ground back-up for important tee times.
